Whitney Place Assisted Living and Memory Care
Whitney Place at Sharon, now CareOne at Sharon, is a distinguished assisted living and memory care community in Massachusetts, offering 24/7 care and hotel-style senior living. Suites offer private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and daily housekeeping. Residents enjoy various amenities, including a spa, salon, fitness center, general store, library, lounge, art studio, walking paths, outdoor gardens, and direct access to nurses and social services.
Partnering with the previous owner, Continuing Care Management, LLC, CHA led the site design for this 105-bed facility. Our design adhered to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Wetlands Protection Act and local Wetlands Protection Bylaws.
With its inviting landscaping and amenities, this care center can provide a safe and nurturing environment, fostering residents’ independence with ample physical, mental and social support.
