The Marshall Fayetteville

The Marshall Fayetteville is a state-of-the-art student apartment community located only a block from the University of Arkansas. This seven-story, 350,000 SF complex sits on a 7.6-acre parcel and features parking, underground stormwater detention systems, and a public trail system.

CHA provided civil site design, environmental, landscape architecture, and owner’s representative services for this student apartment community. The apartments, available in one- to four-bedroom configurations, boast contemporary finishes and various interior amenities, including a two-story fitness center, a resident café, a rooftop terrace, and study rooms on every floor. Outside, residents can enjoy a resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pits, and grilling stations within 15,000 SF of communal space.
