The Savannah Cultural Arts Center at 201 Montgomery St. is a dynamic hub nurturing artistic engagement within the community. Serving as the city’s flagship arts facility, it signifies Savannah’s inaugural venture into contract program management through CHA.
CHA acted as the liaison between the architect and contractor, overseeing the project’s progress, budget, schedule, and documentation. The multifaceted structure caters to diverse creative endeavors, housing a visual arts wing with five studios and a performing arts wing showcasing modern performing arts and black box-style theaters. This space empowers students and local artists to explore and manifest their creative capabilities in an inspiring environment.
