Arif has been instrumental in driving CHA's success following its recent acquisition of D'Huy Engineering, Inc., located in historic downtown Bethlehem. CHA continues to expand its footprint and capabilities under his leadership.
In his role at CHA, Arif leads the firm's Allentown office, bringing over 30 years of experience in project management, quality control, capital planning, budgeting, value engineering, project approvals, and grant composition for numerous public and private projects in Northeastern Pennsylvania. His expertise and commitment have been pivotal in serving the Bethlehem Area School District as facilities engineer and project manager for all construction projects for more than three decades.
Arif is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, International Code Council, Council of Educational Facilities Planners International, Construction Specifications Institute, and Association of Energy Engineers. He also contributes to the community as a member of the Northampton Community College Foundation and serves on the board of directors for Lehigh Valley Industrial Park.
